About Me

My name is Tanya Mittal, and I’m the founder of Wellness with Tanya — a space where women with PCOS come to not just heal their symptoms, but reconnect with themselves.

I am an AFPA-certified Nutritionist, a Level 2 ICF Certified Life Coach, and most importantly — a woman who has lived through the pain of PCOS herself.

My journey began in 2019, when I was working as a Risk Analyst at HDFC Bank in Mumbai. I lost my period for over a year. My hair was falling out in clumps, I was literally balding. I had cystic acne, severe weight loss, and a deep sense of confusion and helplessness about my body.

I tried everything — allopathy, Ayurveda, homeopathy, fad diets, and hard workouts — but nothing brought lasting healing. That’s when I discovered what no one was talking about:

PCOS isn’t a disease — it’s a lifestyle disorder.

And the only sustainable way to heal it is by identifying and gently correcting the root cause of hormonal imbalance — through a personalized lifestyle approach that includes nutrition, sleep, emotional healing, stress support, and movement.

This personal transformation led me to dive deep into holistic health, mind-body coaching, and lifestyle medicine. Over the last 5 years, I’ve helped ambitious, high-performing women break free from the loop of symptoms and step into calm, clarity, natural cycles, and radiant self-confidence.

Through my coaching, I guide women to not just “fix” their symptoms — but to become women who feel in charge of their health, grounded in their bodies, and fully aligned with who they are becoming.
